KLM was founded on october 7th 1919 and is one of the oldest airlines of the world. Together KLM and KLM Cityhopper transport 34,2 million passengers and 621.000 tons of freight a year. Since the merger of 2014 KLM and Air France are working together as one company.

My responsibilities at KLM.com are translating research, corporate and customer needs in structured solutions for the end user. On the current website and also on the new website my core businesses are making wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, white labels and the overall interaction of templates.

Together with a data analyst I can make sure the best solution is used for the best user experience. Working closely together with different (international) teams such as other UX-designers, Stakeholders, Product Owners, Front-end Designers and a digital content team in a scrum/agile environment. Working, testing and improving the internal Design System at KLM/Air France.
